Year 10 Citizenship project

Year 10 students have completed a project with the aim of raising awareness of key issues.

There were various topics to choose from; Codie Ellis, Nicole Canavan, Amy Hutchinson, Phoebe Hunt and Precious Oladele chose the EU referendum.

The group wanted to raise awareness of the issue to both staff in school and others that are eligible to vote and also to the students so they are aware of current affairs and may be better informed to get involved in discussions at home.

The group’s campaign included writing an article to highlight key information as well as creating a display in school.
