Pedometer Challenge

Workplace walking competition!

In promotion of ‘Staff Well-being’, Lucy Woodward, HR Officer, has challenged Salford City Academy staff to put on their pedometers and walk their way to fitness!

Staff are competing in teams to walk the most steps and are recording their figure on a week-by-basis until Christmas.

The NHS recommends that people should take, on average, 10,000 steps a day.

There is a prize for the winning staff team. Pupils are being encouraged to support the event.

Good luck to everyone!
