Star Success for Mohammed

Mohammed Abu-Dakka celebrates GCSE results

Former Head Boy Mohammed Abu-Dakka celebrated today after achieving 3 A*s (Chemistry, Physics and Home Language Arabic), 6 As (Maths, Further Maths, Biology, French, Citizenship and Geography), and 3 Bs (English Language, English Literature and PE).

Mohammed said:

“I’m really pleased about my Physics and Chemistry and excited about moving on to college; I’m going to work even harder to achieve my goals.”

Mohammed is headed off to Loreto College to study A Levels in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry and is interested in working in Aerospace Engineering.

As Head Boy and as part of the Student Council, Mohammed has played an important role at the academy.

He said:

“I have liked the responsibility of being Head Boy and represented the academy at events; it has increased my confidence and communication skills.”
