Year 5 students from eight local primary schools recently enjoyed taster days at Salford City Academy.
Year 5 pupils from Beech Street, Westwood Park, Barton Moss and Godfrey Ermen Primary Schools had their taster day on Thursday 26th June, while St Andrews, Lewis Street, Clarendon Road and Christ Church Primaries attended the academy on Friday 27th June.
Pupils took part in a range of lessons including Maths, French and Science and also enjoyed a Creative Crafts afternoon with the academy's transition team. Pupils created their own "memory box" during the afternoon to reflect on their time at the academy.
