Year 12 visit Salford University
Our Year 12 students visited Salford University on Wednesday 27th April to investigate courses on offer.
All students heard more about the university and the variety of courses available, as well as information on students finance, accommodation and leisure facilities.
Student Ambassadors were on hand to offer more in-depth advice and then gave everyone a tour of the campus. There are a number of new developments on-site including the gym, the new-build accommodation and kitchens.
Students were interested to see that a Salford house has been ‘lifted’ and placed on site for Science and Conservation students to rent for studies relating to energy-use!
Amy Barlow, KS5 Manager, said:
“It was a great visit for our students; those with ambitions for Physio, Sport, Business and Hospitality discovered opportunities for further education.”
