Students run or walk 1 mile for charity!
On Friday 18th March, students rallied to raise money in aid of Sport Relief.
Students were able to come into school in their own clothes for a donation of a £1.
At lunchtime there were a variety of fundraising sporting activities for all students.
In the afternoon, the whole school gathered to take part in the Sport Relief mile. Students either ran or walked the distance.
Thanks to our Sport Relief helpers, who marshalled the event: Igor Kolinski, Aden Thompson, James ONeill, Connor Boardman, Aliethia Biesty, Amber Burth, Ben Robinson, David Smith, Roselyn Motsi, Jack Jones and Alex Clarke.
Salford City Academy raised £515.38 – well done to all!
